Our passenger experience audits record real time passenger experience, taking the role of a first-time user. We feed back our findings through workshops to help staff understand how passengers think.
Our culture change workstream.
There are great staff already in transport – we help them develop their skills to influence how their company can respond to new mobility services. We provide tools for staff to build their knowledge which helps operators remain relevant.
